Worst Mascara

September 17, 2008

I am a mascara freak, I could not live without it! But if I had to go a year without mascara or wear Maybelline XXL I would go for the year without mascara!

This “stuff” is grose it doesn’t even brush or shape your lashes so they go the same way. The worst thing you could do is re-apply you will be best with 4 almighty clumps of eyelashes. I was more worried taking this dreading thing off as my lashes were that stiff I thought they were going to fall off! After I eventually got this crap off my eye lashes they were swollen and really itchy.

I think enough is said – do not be seduced by the hype and lure of owning this evil wand it’s a load of rubbish.

Do not be fooled by the picture below, the joys of Photoshop hey!

Ways to make your eyelashes not clump up…

July 7, 2008

You need to begin your routine by giving your eyelashes some tlc. Add a generous amount of Vaseline to your eyelashes, this is known to increase the health of your lashes. Never go for a bargain mascara as they tend to contain fillers that are guaranteed to clump up your lashes at the first opportunity.

To avoid going out with clumpy mascara, you should use an eyelash curler before hand and lightly dust your lashes with powder this will help the mascara just glide onto your lashes leaving you with clump free, beautiful lashes.

Joe Malone - Green Tea & Honey Eye Cream

June 13, 2008

FANTASTIC!!!! Its the best word i could think of to describe Jo Malone green tea and honey eye cream. I have always been a little sceptical when it comes to using eye creams, they always seem so overpriced and the results were not that good……until i used Jo Malone!

The cream contains green tea and honey to help prevent any puffiness and under eye circles. All i did was add a small amount under my eyes every night after cleansing and the results were instant. I woke up with soft skin under my eyes and looking fresh.

It is not cheap at £35.00 for a 15ml pot but it is definitely worth it, offers value for money in the long run as it lasts for ages.
