How to apply eyeliner

Applying eyeliner can be a tough job. It has took me many years to master how to do this. The key to the basic eye is to apply with a light hand. I always recommend to opt for a lighter shade than kohl or black. It is a more sexy look is to appear more natural. Leave the black for the looks below.

Step 1: Apply with short strokes, drawing the line into the lash line rather than above it. For a more vampish look, make the line a bit thicker.

Step 2: Eyeliner should always been worn with a a deep eyeshadow. apply the eye shadow over the eyeliner. This will set the eyeliner, which tends to rub off on eyelid.

Step 3: Apply your eyeshadow to the lower lashes. Using your brush apply the eyeshadow along the bottom lashes.

Step 4: Make sure you check that you have not got any excess eyeshadow on your cheeks. Gently clean with a cotton bud.
