Keep healthy this winter with vitamins

I am suffering from the winter blues and my skin is not looking its best. I have never been a vitamin user and after speaking to my friend and asking how her skin is constantly glowing I was pretty surprised to hear that she puts it all down to vitamins.

The vitamins she takes daily are Antioxidant vitamins that clean up all of the free radials in our body. After doing some research I found out the free radicals damage our organs and cause us to look and feel older. Unfortunately our bodies produce these naturally and increases when exposed to pollution, stress, cigarettes and eating badly. So if you take a antioxidants, you will be protecting your health of your vital organs and most importantly you will keep your skin looking young and maintaining your youthful good looks and stay beautiful for longer…sold!

So I have started taking these and eating plenty of fruit and veg and to be honest I have noticed a huge difference in skin.

Other Vitamins that are worth taking to keep to healthy are:

Vitamin A:
Helps with growth, eyesight and healthy skin.

Vitamin C:
Good for your immune system. Helps wounds heal and absorbs iron.

Vitamin D:
Stronger bones.

Folic acid:
Very important before and after pregnancy.
