Picture Perfect
November 20, 2008
It’s getting near the festive season where everyone seems to have a camera out and snapping away so why not get a glam picture of yourself and make it into a canvas print. Canvas photos look amazing and will be there as a great reminder of how fabulous you look. I have a couple of canvas prints round my house now as I think the quality is amazing and they look so much better than having a photo frame up.
Just make sure that look stunning and that you hair and make-up is extra glamorous!
Here are a few tips on how to look beautiful and make you proud to look at your photo:
First your hair has to be that extra special and a bun looks stunning and ultra chic. Its suits most face shapes and hair lengths.
To create a stunning bun follow these simple steps:
- Tie your hair into a tight ponytail in the centre of your head
- Twist the ponytail round into a twist
- When you have the hair all twisted, wrap it into a thin bobble the colour of your hair and neaten up with hair grips
- Pull a few strands of hair out of the bun for a more modern up to date look
- Blast all over with hairspray
You want your make-up to be wow and turn every head that you walk past.
Don’t go to overboard and keep it very neutral.
Make sure you use the following to guarantee a beautiful photograph:
- Foundation – natural skin colour
- Blusher – rosy pink
- Mascara – extra length and black
- Eyeshadow – smoky colours
- Lipgloss – very shiny
- Eyeliner – black
All you need to do now is go out and smile!!!

I wish i had some hair to put up
All i have got is belly button hair or the hair from my big toe!!
Hi again Trevor!
As a man i would not recommend putting your hair in a bun if you did have hair. If you are feeling a little left out i suppose you could make a wig from your belly button and big roe hair and make a bun and fix to your head.
Always full of ideas hey

I was thinking that, i saw something similar on Blue Peter and thought i should try it out myself, works wonders and i get all the ladies! Do you know of any male makup that would hide my hideous blemishes?
Ha, ha, ha, now you must be pulling my leg!
If you want to cover your blemishes you should try YSL for men. Works wonders and will leave you looking like a princess x
