Tried and Tested - Moisturiser

March 17, 2008

I have tried and tested two moisturisers to find out which one works best. I bought a bargain tub of The Sanctuary Moisturising Butter Scrub, £5.75 and an expensive moisturiser, Dermalogica Exfoliating Body Scrub, £17.80.

The Dermalogica body scrub feels like it is giving your skin a really deep cleanse. It feels soft on your skin and is really easy to massage in. It smells devine and would suit most skin types.

The Sanctuary butter scrub is gorgeously buttery and perfect for you if you suffer from dry skin. It feels creamy on your skin and leaves skin super-soft.

    Hello Beauty Diva,
Realizing that this entry is tad on the stale side I thought you might want to read the following Wired article about the melanotan peptides that was published last year:

    http://www.wired.com/wiredscience/2009/01/tan/

It covers the news that Clinuvel (formerly known as EpiTan) has been given the go ahead to conduct human trials of melanotan-1 (under its generic name of “afamelanotide”) in the United States.

There are such a huge range of sunbed creams. You need to select the right cream for your skin. See the advice on http://www.tanslim.co.uk which can help you choose the right cream. You can choose by brand, budget or type of cream such as bronzer, tingle etc.

Got something to say?
